…the one time you don’t check…

I killed my best friend… He was asleep in my down comforter.. my dog had peed on.. I was so angry with my dog I just balled up the blankets and put them in the wash… …He was almost 5… I miss him.. and I feel terrible.. I ALWAYS checked for him… and I feel like I got away with murder… I don’t think I could ever have another ferret again…
